- Develops comprehensive plans and zoning regulations to guide land use and development within the City.
- Reviews development proposals, annexation/rezoning requests, and subdivision plans for compliance with zoning ordinances and land use policies.
- Engages with the community to gather input and feedback on planning initiatives and proposed developments.

Board of Adjustments
The Board of Adjustments meets the second Monday of every month.
Heritage Preservation Commission
