NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana on the following ordinance, Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber at Monroe City Hall: 

Ordinance amendment to Chapter 37, Zoning, of the Code of the City of Monroe, Article III Use Districts, Section 37-37 Commercial Use District, Table 3.3 Commercial Districts Permitted and Conditional Uses and Article VI Supplementary Use Standards, Section 37-92 Use Standards to add Temporary Uses and to Criteria for the Temporary Sales. (P&Z)                      

is on file in my office complete in the form in which it will be offered for final adoption, open to the inspection of the public and will so remain for the period required by law prior to being offered for final adoption thereof.
