PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana, on the 8th day of October , 2019 in the Council Chamber, City Hall Building, beginning at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following proposed amendment to the Zoning Map:
An amendment to the Zoning Map to zone a ±1.43 acre tract of land, presently located in Ouachita Parish and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwesterly corner of Block A, Tower Commercial Park as per plat recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 18 of the Records of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, proceed N 08° 47’00” E, along the Easterly right-of-way line of Oliver Road, a distance of 160.00 feet to a 5/8” iron rod; thence, proceed S 80°51’08” E, a distance of 390.97 feet to a 5/8” iron rod; thence, proceed S 08°47’00” W, a distance of 160.00 feet to a 5/8” iron rod on the North line of said Block A, Tower Commercial Park; thence proceed N 80°51’08” W, along the North line of said Block A, Tower Commercial Park, a distance of 390.37 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
