Notice of Meeting/Hearing - Amendment to the Zoning Map - 114 LaPlata Street

PUBLIC NOTICE

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana, on the 23rd  day of  December , 2019 in the Council Chamber, City Hall Building, beginning at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following proposed amendment to the Zoning Map:

An amendment to the Zoning Map to zone a ±.14 acre tract of land presently located in Ouachita Parish to R-3, Medium Density Multi-Family Residential District. This property presently does not have a zoning classification as it is being annexed into the city and is more particularly described as follows:

Lot 8, Square 3, DeSiard Terrace Addition

And otherwise known as 114 LaPlata Street

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.  The proposed changes to the Zoning Map are on file and open to the inspection of the public in the office of the Monroe Ouachita Regional Planning Commission, City Hall Annex, 3901 Jackson Street, Monroe, Louisiana.
