NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana on the following Ordinance, Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber at Monroe City Hall:  

 

Ordinance authorizing the City of Monroe to acquire a certain parcel of real property from the Ouachita Parish Police Jury, said property situated in Ouachita Parish, Monroe, La., being lot 1 of the resubdivision of Lots 1, 2 & 7 of the subdivision of Tract 3 of the Conner Realty Corp., and further providing with respect thereto.  (Legal)

 

                              

is on file in my office complete in the form in which it will be offered for final adoption, open to the inspection of the public and will so remain for the period required by law prior to being offered for final adoption thereof.
