PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana, on the 8th day of March , 2022 in the Council Chamber, City Hall Building, beginning at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following proposed amendment to the Zoning Map:
An amendment to the Zoning Map to rezone a ±0.66-acre tract of land, from the R-4, (High Density Multi-Family Residence) District to the B-2 (Neighborhood Business) District, in order for the applicant to utilize an existing commercial building for a commercial business (formerly Johnny’s Pizza), at 1707 McKeen Place.

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The proposed changes to the Zoning Map are on file and open to the inspection of the public in the office of the Monroe Ouachita Regional Planning Commission, City Hall Annex, 3901 Jackson Street, Monroe, Louisiana.
