NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana on the following Ordinance, Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber at Monroe City Hall:  

Ordinance accepting the donation from Vincent David Ditta to the City of Monroe of a 1.680 acre tract of immovable property needed for the Ruffin Drive-Water Distribution System Improvements Project and further providing with respect thereto. (Legal)

is on file in my office complete in the form in which it will be offered for final adoption, open to the inspection of the public and will so remain for the period required by law prior to being offered for final adoption thereof.
