NOTICE

 

 

NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana on the following Ordinance, Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber at Monroe City Hall:  

 

Ordinance authorizing a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement by and between the City of Monroe and the Walnut Street Special District authorizing the sharing of tax increments within the boundaries of the district in connection with the City’s efforts to support and incentivize an Economic Development Project as defined in and provided for pursuant to the Cooperative Economic Development Law pursuant to La. R.S. 33:9020, et seq.; and for related purposes. (Admin.)

                              

is on file in my office complete in the form in which it will be offered for final adoption, open to the inspection of the public and will so remain for the period required by law prior to being offered for final adoption thereof.
