NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana on the following ordinance, Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber at Monroe City Hall:  

Ordinance amendment to Chapter 37, Zoning, of the Code of the City of Monroe, Article V, Site Development Standards, Section 37-78 Supplemental Height, Yard, and Open Space Regulation (c) Architectural Projections into Required Yards (3) to clarify the circumstances that carports and patio covers may occupy required yards.  (P&Z)                              

is on file in my office complete in the form in which it will be offered for final adoption, open to the inspection of the public and will so remain for the period required by law prior to being offered for final adoption thereof.
