Notice of Meeting/Hearing - Zoning Map to rezone a ±1.05 acre tract of land

PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana, on the 26th  day of  December, 2018 in the Council Chamber, City Hall Building, beginning at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following proposed amendment to the Zoning Map

An amendment to the Zoning Map to rezone a ±1.05 acre tract of land, more or less, from the R-1, Single Family Residential District to the R-4, High Density Residential District, presently located in Ouachita Parish and more particularly described as follows:

3401, 3403. 3405 Johnson Street

            APPLICANT: Ivan Thomas (MA 115-18)

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.  The proposed changes to the Zoning Map are on file and open to the inspection of the public in the office of the Monroe Ouachita Regional Planning Commission, City Hall Annex, 3901 Jackson Street, Monroe, Louisiana.
