Business Donate Water for Monroe Tornado Victims Distributions at Three Local Sites

Thanks to donations from Monroe Walmart, Monroe Coca-Cola United Bottling Company, Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana and Louisiana Healthcare Connections tornado victims can pick up FREE cases of water and other beverages at three sites, beginning at 9:00 am Tuesday, April 21st until supplies run out.
Mayor Jamie Mayo says, “We continue to praise our local business community, non-profits, faith-based organizations and volunteers who are going above and beyond the call of duty. We are our brothers and sister’s keeper. We don’t just preach it. Monroe and Ouachita Parish is a living example of it!”
This will be a drive-thru distribution. You will not have to exit your vehicle. City of Monroe employees and other volunteers will load the beverages into your vehicle.
