(Monroe, LA) – Due to heavy rain from the incoming storm, Plum Street Underpass is closed until further notice. Detours for closure of Plum Street can be taken from Jackson Street to Texas Avenue. We want to remind all citizens to avoid roadways with high water and take extra precautions while driving.
